Matsobane Engineering Services (MES) was founded in 2019 and is located in Mpumalanga Province in the Nkangala region (Emalahleni Municipality). Charles Mamabolo – Managing Director of the company. I have a vast experience in Mining with regards to providing Services & Suppliers, Power Generation as well as the Construction Industry.
Charles holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Industrial Engineering and has 15 years’ experience across the industries.
He was the Business Improvement Specialist at Exxaro Coal and also Project Specialist at (Eskom, Steinmuller and Beyond Engineering Services) on the following aspects:
- Project Management
- Budgeting and cost control experience
- Capital & Extra-ordinary maintenance budget management.
- Experience in training and development of employees including engineering apprentices.
- Performance management of employees
- Knowledge of Six Sigma Tools
- Knowledge of ISO14001, ISO9001:2000 and OHSA 18001implemantation and audits.
